National Authority for Engineering Registration and Licensing in South Sudan

The Engineering Council of South Sudan (ECoSS) regulates the registration, licensing, and professional practice of engineers, technologists, technicians, and consulting engineers in South Sudan.

Our Mandate Includes:

ECoSS manages engineering registration, licensing, evaluation, and professional compliance in line with national and regional standards.

  • Registration and licensing of engineering professionals.
  • Evaluation and approval of engineering applications.
  • Accreditation of engineering qualifications and programs.
  • Issuance and renewal of engineering licenses.
  • Management of CPD compliance requirements.
  • Support for regional mobility through EAC integration.
